CANCELLATION POLICY
Consumers (any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their trade or self-employed professional activity, Section 13 of the German Civil Code) have the following statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item or items.

You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, although you are not required to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund. We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
For returns from Germany and Austria: The buyer bears the costs of return.
You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is not due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functioning.

Failure to comply with these instructions has no effect on your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights under warranty.
